Florida Kidney and Hypertension is the practice of Nephrology and hypertension specialists established by Bharat Gupta, MD, FACP in 2001. The practice has grown significantly in number of dialysis patients and consultations in various community hospitals. His professional experience includes being a Medical Director of: Crown Dialysis Center, Boca Raton, FL, DaVita Advanced Dialysis Center, Florida Kidney & Hypertension Care, Universal Kidney Centers 2001-2009, Kidney Transplant, Cleveland Clinic, FL 2000.
His Research and Patents include: High flux Basket Catheter for Efficient Continuous Flow Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter. United States Patents No US9011369B2 US 9078972 B2, 2015, Textbook Chapters: 2, Research Articles & Abstracts: 36.
Dr. Gupta belongs to many Professional Societies which include: American Society of Nephrology, Renal Physicians Association, Broward County Medical Association. Dr. Gupta’s offices are located in both Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale where he also resides.

JILL ISAAC, MBA

Bringing her global experience to the U.S, Isaac was appointed as the Producer and Presenter of the first tested HDTV show to be aired in Tampa Bay for PBS. The program showcased entrepreneurs and global leaders in sharing their experiences in promoting entrepreneurship. Her broadcasting experience led into teaching in academia at the undergraduate level with an emphasis on intercultural communication. Isaac has taught at the University of Tampa, Miami Int’l. University and Palm Bch. Atln. University, and is a visiting lecturer in Asia.
With the combination of industry and academia, Isaac focuses on intercultural communication for providing effective engagement and dialogue within business. She has achieved recognitions and awards for her work which includes International Business Woman of the Year finalist by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and Asian Television Awards. She has served on various Boards as a Director and is a Child Ambassador for World Vision.
Isaac has traveled to over 35 countries. She is a member of the International Society of Appraisers and International Association of Business Communicators and is a certified facilitator of CQ® testing. Born in Canada, Isaac recently became a naturalized U.S. citizen and resides in Palm Beach County.

He is with the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar, Patent Bar, a Six Sigma Champion and was Admitted, Southern, Middle and Northern District of Florida, Admitted, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Approved for Admissions, Supreme Court of the United States.
He has worked for various law firms which include Logica P.A. in Miami and experience with the Legal Aid and the Public Defender’s Office of Broward. He is also a an active member of BNI and was the Vice-President, Business Networking International, SB Chapter.
His International Patent Law experience is well sought after provides his services from Miami-Dade county.

VIC NARANG, MBA

As a Technology Expert, he has managed several multi-million dollar business solutions. As a technology architect, he has analyzed, designed, and developed several technical business solutions for Utility, Financial, Manufacturing and other industries at Fortune-100 companies. He has managed and led several large projects to successful completion.
Narang has been involved in many Local Non-profit organizations, which include Broward Outreach Center and, Jubilee Pantry over several years. He has also been involved in organizing fund-raising activities for organizations that help and support impoverished children, through various innovative programs. Narang is a Founding Board member of Gandhi Square Florida, and serves on the ‘Manpower Group Supplier Diversity Advisory’ Board. Narang served on the Board of Commissioners (2013 -2020.) for South Broward Hospital District (dba Memorial Healthcare System) in Hollywood, FL, while serving as Chair (2019-2020). Narang resides in Broward County.

LAKSHMI NATARAJAN

In 2020, after 20 years of her stellar global corporate experiences, Natarajan founded Excelador and Travel Plus ThemTM. Her transition to entrepreneurship was centered around her strengths and passion to positively impact the future generation. Excelador is a global management consulting firm that offers strategic consulting and business /advisory services for clients. Travel Plus ThemTM is a coaching and education service helping parents to raise inclusive global citizens through travel and from at home experiences.
Natarajan is serving as an advisory board member of WorkTribe Dynamics, a start-up helping clients elevate their workforce through training and analytics and is a founding member of nFormation, a first-of-Its-kind community created by women of color for women of color.
She has traveled to over 60 countries, over 30 countries with her young children. Her insights on the path to entrepreneurship, family travel, and raising global citizens have been featured on various podcasts and publications such as New York Weekly, Los Angeles Wire, Miami Wire, The Boston Herald, MSN, and US Reporter. She is an active member of her Penn Alumni community and currently resides in Miami, FL.

JIGNASHA VORALIA

Voralia has assisted large multinational enterprises produce U.S. transfer pricing documentation reports in accordance with U.S. Treasury Regulations Section 1.6662 and global documentation reports in compliance with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. She has further assisted clients with global documentation preparation and filing requirements managing the relationship with local firms in several countries. Voralia has also assisted clients with implementation assistance, including intercompany agreements, cost allocation reviews and audit defense. Voralia’s Articles, Seminars & Presentations include: IRC Section 482 Transfer Pricing & OECD Transfer Pricing on Financial Guidance.
Prior to moving to the United States, Voralia specialized in private and corporate taxation in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) in England and Wales and resides in Parkland, FL.
